Charged by entering Devil / Angel Rooms.
On use
For the rest of the run, for the item that is of the highest quality in a new room, spawns a health-priced Devil Room item and a coin-priced Angel Room item as options.
How to unlock?
Defeat The Lamb on Hard Mode as 
Benighted Cain and Abel.
